Just want to let everyone know that my lease at 877 Hamiltons has expired, the new lease comes with too many restrictions like cant~ have more than 20 people at one time due to the lack of designated parking spaces, also, can`t have any parties. 

Besides, the air conditioner is broken, and the cost to repair is $20.000

the roof is leaking, repair is $15.000

This new location is one block away from the old “bcdance studio”. in Hamilton St in front of the library
